We make decisions about our health and well-being every day. What we eat and how much we exercise plays a physical role in your health, but how often you take time for self care or to socialize with friends is also crucial to a wholesome, healthy life. Decisions don’t have a life of their own - they don’t know if one option is good or the other is bad - we make these judgement calls. Our interpretations and perceptions of options have a major impact on whether something is wholesome or harmful to our overall health - it’s up to you to make the decision.
